Information about the processing of personal data
The company TvaLaska Ltd., with the seat Ke Kůtám 31, Frydek-Mistek Chlebovice, 739 42, Czech Republic, IČ: 099 03 712 registered in the commercial register at the district court in Czech Republic???? (hereinafter "TvaLaska") attaches great importance to compliance with the principles and rules for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of their personal data. TvaLaska treats all personal information of a private individual confidentially and processes it in accordance with generally binding privacy legislation, in particular Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Protection of Personal Data and Intellectual Property Rights, the Processing of Personal Data and the Free Data Traffic, and the repeal of Directive 95/46 (General Regulation on the protection of personal data) (hereinafter referred to as "the Regulation").
